Oh yes, we are so busy here. I don’t even know where to start. You’ll just have to check back when I have more time. Very soon, I will have news about the internet upgrade.

Time just goes by so fast when I am here.

Sad news from the orphanage. Thieves dug in under the wall (over the weekend) and stole 35 of our chickens. And that’s not good. It’s too bad that thieves have to steal from our kids. The thieves can’t go over the wall because of the razor wire and the electricity. So, they decided to dig under the wall. And that’s not good. There’s no way we can prevent someone from doing the same thing again. A decision was made and we’re not going to have chickens any more. It puts that home at risk and more importantly, the kids are at risk. Plus the kids are scared again. So…. no more eggs for the kids either. It’s never easy, is it?

It’s a busy time in Central America as the majority of the population is very involved and busy with Semana Santa this week. The celebrations continue and I’m not getting any news from the orphanage. I hope to have updates for you soon, probably after Easter.
