Yes, we’re on the right path for building the girls’ house. Last weekends efforts brought in about $6,000 in donations from the Melia Family Foundation. Of course we haven’t built the house yet… but we wanted a picture of the kids with a Thank You banner for the Melia Group Foundation to see.. to inspire them. These are some of our kids and they are standing on the vacant lot where the house will be built.

The Melia Family fundraiser kicks off in Oklahoma City on April 8th…. this week. This fundraiser is going to be a year long effort. Can we build a new house for girls? Oh yes, yes we can!

Our goal is to raise $72,400 this year… to build the new house. We have the land…. we have the cost estimates… we have the labor. Now… we just need the $.

Will we do it? Oh yes we will!
